La guerre n\u2019\u00e9clate pas au centre, mais sur les bords : fronti\u00e8res instables, territoires p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, zones longtemps consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme secondaires et soudain redevenues d\u00e9cisives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lignes marginales d\u00e9signent simultan\u00e9ment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des lignes g\u00e9ographiques \u2014 fronti\u00e8res, corridors, ports,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des lignes politiques \u2014 zones d\u2019influence, espaces tampon,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>et, par \u00e9cho historique, des lignes de d\u00e9fense suppos\u00e9es protectrices, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re de la ligne Maginot : trac\u00e9s fixes, rassurants en apparence, dont la fragilit\u00e9 ne se r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019au moment o\u00f9 ils sont contourn\u00e9s ou franchis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La guerre de G\u00e9orgie se d\u00e9ploie pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans ce r\u00e9gime : non pas une confrontation frontale, mais une avanc\u00e9e rapide sur des marges r\u00e9put\u00e9es stabilis\u00e9es, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant l\u2019illusion des lignes fixes face \u00e0 des conflits mobiles, asym\u00e9triques et acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fragment \u00ab <em>15A8 touch\u00e9-coul\u00e9<\/em> \u00bb introduit un second niveau de lecture.<br>Il se donne \u00e0 lire \u00e0 la fois comme une date, une coordonn\u00e9e, un code, un signal.<br>La lettre et le chiffre n\u2019indiquent pas une cible pr\u00e9cise, mais un point de bascule : un endroit abstrait o\u00f9 quelque chose est d\u00e9j\u00e0 engag\u00e9.<br>Le touch\u00e9-coul\u00e9 ne d\u00e9crit pas une bataille. Il \u00e9nonce une logique : neutralisation, effacement, disparition.<br>Non pas l\u2019affrontement visible, mais l\u2019atteinte d\u00e9cisive port\u00e9e dans un espace d\u00e9j\u00e0 fragilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au moment de son \u00e9criture, le rep\u00e8re \u00ab 15A8 \u00bb, saisi dans un outil de cartographie num\u00e9rique, produisait une localisation vers la mer Noire \u2014 une correspondance aujourd\u2019hui disparue.<br>Relu \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, ce rep\u00e8re ouvre ainsi vers la mer Noire : zone strat\u00e9gique majeure, espace de projection militaire, surface travers\u00e9e par des flux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques, \u00e9conomiques et arm\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le noir n\u2019y d\u00e9signe pas une couleur, mais une propri\u00e9t\u00e9 : ce qui absorbe, ce qui dissimule, ce qui relie sans se montrer.<br>La mer Noire appara\u00eet alors comme un espace de fond : non pas un lieu d\u2019affrontement spectaculaire, mais une zone o\u00f9 les forces circulent, se concentrent et se d\u00e9placent hors champ.<br>Elle fonctionne comme un arri\u00e8re-plan strat\u00e9gique, sur lequel les \u00e9v\u00e9nements visibles prennent forme avant de s\u2019effacer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par un simple jeu sonore, la <em>mer Noire<\/em> peut aussi \u00eatre entendue autrement.
